Bill Payments

Vanesa del Río, Administrator, is a college graduate with a degree in Business. She speaks perfect English and is Assistant to Graciela Loyola, owner of SMMC.
Her department takes care of overseeing the payments of all your bills (water, phone, gas, cable/satellite, electricity, property taxes) and any other miscellaneous items requested by owners.
She also takes care of all documentation of domestic employees’ salaries, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses as required by Mexican law.

Housekeeping & Home Inspections

Claudia Chevarría, Housekeeping Manager, is currently enrolled in college studying Business and speaks perfect English.
Her assistant is currently enrolled in school to learn English.
The services this department provides are:
  • Inspection of your home before each arrival and/or once per month.
  • Signed inspection report by housekeeper before each arrival.
  • Signed inspection report by housekeeper after each departure.
  • Follow up by Manager if damage is reported.
  • Frequent personal contact with your housekeeper to make sure all is in good order and there are no problems.
  • Handles all Social Security (IMSS) for home owners who’s employees are currently enrolled and/or for those who wish to enroll in the future.

Accounting

Norma Rodríguez, Accountant, is a university graduate & Certified in the field of accounting.
Her assistant is a univeristy graduate and is currently working towards her Certification Accounting.
Each month, they will provide you with a detailed statement showing deposits and expenditures necessary to properly maintain your home.

Emergencies

Timely response and possible solutions to immediate emergencies.
