San Miguel Management & Real Estate Co. is a full service organization that can assist you with all of your needs and requests. San Miguel Management & Real Estate Company has been taking care of the most beautiful and popular homes in San Miguel for more than ten years.
Not only are we the largest and most experienced Management Company in San Miguel, but should the need arise, we can also help you with sales, rentals, insurance, construction and maintenance.Eleven of our 13 employees speak English, and most of them are college graduates. Our Maintenance / Construction manager even has a Masters Degree in Urban Architecture!

Graciela Loyola

I was born and grew up in Mexico City where I married and had 4 children. I worked for Lancôme, the 3M Company, and Cyanamid Labs until we moved to Chihuahua. During the 13 years I remained in Chihuahua, I worked for Hallmark Cards, Inc. managing over 1,300 employees. 15 years ago, I moved to San Miguel de Allende, where I managed over 200 employees at the Guajuye Glass Factory as Plant Manager. Later, I began working for Casas de San Miguel until 2003, when my business partner, Peggy Blocker, and I bought the Management portion of this business.

As a former Board Member and Treasurer of San Miguel’s Biblioteca, I brought a four-year deficit into the black in a single year. I also served as Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice President of AMPI San Miguel, the National Real Estate Association of Mexico and now serve as the new 2015 President.
I own my own home here in San Miguel and enjoy having my family, including 4 grandchildren nearby. My oldest grandson is currently in his 3rd year at Tec de Monterrey University, considered to be the finest university in Mexico. He leaves this year for Germany for 1 year where he will be studying Robotic Engineering!

 

Peggy Blocker

Originally, from Houston Texas, I worked for the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Houston and was a partner in the Crockett Hotel in San Antonio where I lived with my daughter Layne Schuette for over 20 years. I also owned my own Antiques business during that time before moving to San Miguel. I speak fluent Spanish, having grown up in Argentina and Venezuela.

I have been coming to San Miguel for many years, but 11 years ago I decided to move here full time when my business partner, Graciela Loyola, and I bought the «Management» portion of Casas de San Miguel. Currently I serve a 5th term on the Board of Patronato Pro Niños and was Vice President of AMPI San Miguel, the National Real Estate Association of Mexico in 2014.
